“Yes We Are Winning”, is a one of a kind initiative. In our portfolio of logos for not-for-profit organizations, it is the only one that has the peculiar focus on raising and helping individuals with a winning mindset. The attempt to impact the world with a winning attitude is highly commendable. It was our pleasure to take on the brief to make the logo.
ABOUT THE LOGO
The Yes We Are Winning Logo is called “A Star At Heart”. The Logo is a heart-shape wearing a star medal. The combination of the graphic elements represents the chest of a human being.
To be A Star At Heart is to have a winning mindset. And a winning mindset is the most important medal a person can possess to live life with an attitude of positive thinking.
We arrived at this Logo by narrowing our understanding of the brief to one clear fact, which is that the NGO wants to help and impact people in ways that help them live life as winners. And to achieve this, Yes We Are Winning promotes, encourages, motivates, offers insightful ideas and empowerment initiatives that supports positive thinking by employing the precepts of Christianity.
This understanding led us in the search for creative inspiration. And no better statement than the scripture which says, “Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it flows the issues of life” sufficed. This is why we made the heart-shape the central theme of the logo. Of course the heart-shape also symbolizes love – It takes love to have a passion to see other people live a fulfilled life. And to depict a winner, we created the offset of a star – A winner is a star, no doubt about it.
It is the visual summation of these graphic elements and the representative meaning of each element relevant to the philosophy behind the NGO that becomes the power of the logo.
